The Good Babes break down the different common forms of anxiety so you can understand how they differ: Separation anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety disorder, and lightly touch on OCD, PTSD, Hoarding, Body Dysmorphia, and Trichotillomania. They talk about things you might be doing to unintentionally trigger your anxiety, like hormone imbalances, nutrient deficiencies and medications. Amber and Nat share their personal stories, and also provide some tools for dealing with it all.
