This week on the Real Good Podcast, the ladies talk about finding happiness in the mundane act of cleaning, the importance of good sleep, and dealing with loss while maintaining a gratitude practice. Today's episode is all about how anxiety is a REAL B! The Good Babes break down the different common forms of anxiety so you can understand how they differ: Separation anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety disorder, and lightly touch on OCD, PTSD, Hoarding, Body Dysmorphia, and Trichotillomania. They talk about things you might be doing to unintentionally trigger your anxiety, like hormone imbalances, nutrient deficiencies and medications. Amber and Nat share their personal stories, and also provide some tools for dealing with it all.

THINGS MENTIONED:

In REAL COMMUNITY Julia shares, ‚ÄúThank you both for talking honestly about your experiences with school and with choosing to do something different than the traditional route for learning despite what others thought of you. Experience does seriously matter, but also, nothing matters more than being mentally healthy and feeling happy with your life, and y'all are a testament to making choices that do good for the soul. Long time listener/OG Good Babe who felt real inspired by this one. I hope you're both having a wonderful day!"
